Cancellation and same-day cancellation policy

I strive to accommodate all my clients to the best of my ability and I personally send a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know 48 hours prior to your service to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will always be charged 50% of the service.
